When we first decided to make a group a core piece of our client acquisition strategy, this was our biggest concern. 

We looked at the way most coaches grew there groups ... with organic marketing & cold outreach ... and that wasn't appealing to us. 

We looked at the way most coaches provided content in their groups ... which required them to post in it almost daily ... and that wasn't appealing to us. 

And we looked at the way most coaches acquired clients in their groups ... through energy-draining launches ... and THAT wasn't appealing for us. 

So we knew, if we wanted groups to work for us, sustainably & long-term, we had to flip the entire group model on it's head. 

And that's exactly what we've done. 

#1: Because we use simple paid ads to grow our group (without having to become an ads expert), our group grows each day on complete autopilot. For example, we placed an ad last year that still generates us 50+ group members/day to this day. 

And our strategy is based on "micro campaigns" that begin at just $5/day. Then, only AFTER we're profitable, will we begin to scale our ad spend.

#2: We've reinvented group content. Today, we only post inside of our group 1-2 times each week, so we spend less than 2 hrs/week providing content inside our group, yet our group is one of the most active & engaged groups in our industry. 

#3: We've done away with complicated launches as a core part of our strategy & instead focus on DAILY client acquisition using our undercover conversion method. In the beginning, you can use our techniques for client acquisition yourself, then long term, hand over the reigns to a member of your team, like we've done. 

So we've taken groups, which ARE a lot of work for most people, & reinvented the way they're done, so that we can acquire clients from our group daily, yet still have the time & energy to focus on actually growing our business (and you know, enjoying our lives).
